About Me

Why I Coach

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the crossroads of psychology, leadership, and culture, guided by one question:

How can we make work feel more human, more fulfilling, and maybe even a little happier?

That question drew me to positive psychology and, ultimately, to coaching. It gave me the tools to support real, evidence-based change at the individual level.

As an accredited coach with a background in organisational psychology, I create space for leaders and professionals to reflect, recalibrate, and grow. My approach is client-led, flexible, and grounded in science, always centred on what matters most to the person in front of me.

I work especially with professionals navigating transitions, whether that’s a career change, burnout recovery, leadership development, or a desire to reconnect with purpose.

My mission is simple: to help people feel more whole, more resilient, and more themselves at work. Coaching is a journey, my role is to help you explore, grow with curiosity, and step into your best self.
